奔跑吧11，6、上午前往西昌旅游客运中心乘坐至普格的巴士，于螺髻山镇下车，之后包车前往景区服务中心乘坐索道直达海拔3600多米的黑龙潭，沿湖畔栈道步行至对岸，观赏一连串的高。它们在海里生活4年之后，到每年八九月间性成熟时，成群结队地从外海游向近海，进入江河，涉途几千里，溯河而上，回到出生地——黑龙江。。
