宫锁心玉，长白山最佳旅游时间游天池最佳时节是在盛夏，这时云雾较少，容易一睹天池的真面目。每年五月中旬，姹紫嫣红的兴安杜鹃花在沉睡万年的玄武岩上恣意奔放，形成美丽的天然的杜鹃花的海洋，来到这里宛如置身仙境。。
