纵横四海基本介绍
纵横四海，2004年的冰灯游园会以展冰灯魅力，塑华美景观为主题，巧妙利用兆麟公园的地势、地貌，规划为三星高照、火树银花、人与自然、冰灯岁月、民俗风情、神舟飞天、彩云蒸飞、文化古迹、国际大 赛、群星展艺等16个景区。。
