天美果冻星空大象，是历届以来规模最大，活动项目最多，艺术效果最好，群众参与性最强的一次冰灯盛会。太阳岛公园驰名中外的避暑胜地太阳岛，在松花江北岸、斯大林公园对岸，是哈尔滨的一颗亮丽明珠，是哈尔滨人民的光荣和骄傲。。
